I am Abigail Calderón, a Registered Dietitian, Herbalist, and Breathwork Guide on a mission to make healthy living simple and natural. My own journey with chronic illness showed me that true healing happens when we care for the whole person body mind and spirit.

Each session is personalized, designed to help you process trauma, release stored tension, and find peace in your body.
