What we collect
Your email address when you join The Letter, take the ritual quiz, or create an account; your name and shipping address when you place an order; and order history tied to your account. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship your orders, run your subscriptions, answer your emails, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand which formulas people love so we can make better ones.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Who touches your data
A small set of service providers who make the store run: Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, and our email provider for the newsletter. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click at the bottom of any email. Want your account or data deleted? Email hello@sewanatural.com and we'll take care of it.
