How it works
If a formula isn't working for you, email hello@sewanatural.com with your order number and a note about what wasn't working. We'll refund you or help you find a better match, whichever serves you best.
No return shipping required
Because our formulas are consumable, you don't need to send anything back. Keep it, gift it, or compost it. We'd rather the plants get used than travel twice.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace it right away.
